Middle Island, the largest of the chain, is home to the enchanting Lake Hillier, famed for its vivid pink waters that create a striking contrast against the deep blue of the Southern Ocean.
Savour a delectable lunch as the TRUE NORTH II cruises to Woody Island. Named for its impressive woodland, Woody Island stands out in the archipelago for its lush, tall trees. A short overnight cruise will take us to our anchorage at the secluded Duke of Orleans Bay. This tranquil haven plays host to playful spirited New Zealand fur seals and schools of bottlenose dolphins. Explore the underwater world on a dive or snorkel, enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters, or bask leisurely under the shade of our vibrant umbrellas on deck. Embark on a journey to the Bremer Bay canyon, a marvel of the deep lying 70 kilometres from the quaint coastal town of Bremer Bay. This ecological treasure, only recently unveiled by marine scientists, thrives with life - especially during the summer when Antarctic currents infuse the canyon with a bounty of nutrient-rich waters. This phenomenon attracts an impressive seasonal gathering of killer whales - part of the Southern Hemisphere's largest congregation - alongside sharks, dolphins, sperm whales, and elusive giant squid.
Anchor down in the turquoise waters of Bremer Bay, a locale celebrated for its unspoiled, sugary beaches. Enjoy an afternoon of leisure: sunbathe on the velvety sands, swim in the warm clear ocean, snorkel amongst vibrant marine life, or enjoy the simple pleasure of fishing in these serene waters.

Begin your morning aboard TRUE NORTH II with a vibrant selection from our fruit platter, complemented by a lavish breakfast to energise you for the day ahead. Your destination: Albany, Western Australia's earlier colonial settlement, steeped in history that predates even Perth and Fremantle. This town, known as the last glimpse of home for WW1 troops embarking on their journey, allows you to delve into its rich tapestry of Aboriginal and European histories. Visit the National ANZAC centre and see the poignant tribute to the ANZAC legacy.
You'll also have the opportunity to visit Albany's historic Whaling Station. Explore a historically preserved whale processing factory and whale chasing ship, the only experience of its kind in the world. Or, join our knowledgeable guides for a fishing session targeting herring, King George whiting, flathead, cobbler, and pink snapper.
Then it's time for cocktail hour before another evening of picturesque dining.

Wake up in tranquil Hamelin Bay and start the day with a choice of sea adventures: an early fishing trip in one of our tenders or a beachside encounter with the friendly local stingrays, who congregate along the water's edge to feed on scraps left by fishermen. It's a snorkeler's dream.
The day continues with a journey into the heart of the Margaret River wine region. Relax in the comfort of our luxury coach and enjoy the engaging commentary as we guide you along the south west wine trail. An exquisite lunch showcases the finest of Margaret River's local farm produce and fresh seafood, harvested right from the area's pristine ocean.

Begin the day with a leisurely walk around the rugged coast of Cape Naturaliste, along walking tracks that deliver some of the most breathtaking views in the Margaret River region. Adventure boats will meander along the scenic coastline -- keep an eye out for the local colony of New Zealand fur seals!
In the afternoon, the TRUE NORTH II anchors at Eagle Bay. This long stretch of white sandy beach skirts stunning azure water reminiscent of the Mediterranean - minus the crowds! Finish off the day with refreshments and hors d'oeuvres on the beach, toasting to a brilliant West Aussie sunset!

Have you ever dreamed of swimming with wild dolphins? Experience an exhilarating wildlife encounter that will stay with you forever. We'll provide all the gear, including wetsuits, so you can focus on the main event - interacting with these playful creatures in their natural habitat, in the sheltered waters of Rockingham's bays and islands.
Then we’re off to Rottnest Island, home to the quokka, a small wallaby-like marsupial that loves to take a selfie or two. There'll be plenty of opportunities for beach combing, relaxed snorkelling in waist-deep water, or even joining the hunt for the catch of the day! For those preferring the land, bus or bike your way around the island at your own leisure.
